Motorcycle Exhaust

Performance is one of the most common reasons that people change their motorcycle exhaust. Getting certain types of exhaust systems can allow your motorcycle to get better gas mileage, or go faster. Like anything else on your bike, what you are doing with it makes a big difference in what kind of changes you make to the exhaust.

Another reason people change the exhaust on their motorcycles is because they are trying to achieve a certain look. The pipes on a motorcycle exhaust system vary greatly in how they look, and they can be used to change the effect of the entire vehicle. You can get everything from flares at the ends to split pipes.

Finally, sound is a reason for changing a motorcycle exhaust system. Some people get an exhaust system that makes less noise than the bike originally did. On the other hand, some people want systems that will actually amplify the noise of the engine.
